Welcome to Waifu Labs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Waifu Labs website and related services ("Waifu Labs," the "Service," "we," "us," or "our").

By using Waifu Labs, creating an account, or continuing to access the Service after the effective date above, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Waifu Labs is a free anime portrait generator. The Service may allow you to generate portraits, download them, share them, and, where available, create an account to save portraits.

Waifu Labs is provided as a free legacy service. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Waifu Labs or create an account.

Waifu Labs is not intended for children under 13. Children under 13 may not create accounts or use account features.

3. Regions Where Account Features Are Not Available

Waifu Labs account features are not available to users located in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

By creating an account or using account features, you represent that you are not located in any of those regions.

If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may not create an account or continue using account features.

We may suspend, restrict, delete, or anonymize accounts that we believe were created or used in violation of this section.

4. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for any activity under your account.

Accounts and saved portraits are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed permanent storage.

We may suspend, restrict, delete, or anonymize accounts at any time, including for security reasons, abuse prevention, legal compliance, inactivity, violation of these Terms, or changes to the Service.

5. Generated Portraits and Saved Content

Waifu Labs allows users to generate, download, and share anime-style portraits.

Unless we separately agree otherwise, Waifu Labs does not guarantee that generated portraits, saved portraits, share links, or account features will remain available.

We may modify, remove, delete, anonymize, or stop hosting generated or saved content at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Waifu Labs to:

• violate any law or regulation;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service;
• scrape, crawl, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service;
• bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures;
• create accounts using false, automated, or unauthorized methods;
• attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization;
• use the Service in a way that harms Waifu Labs, other users, or third parties.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, delete, or anonymize personal information.

By using Waifu Labs or creating an account, you acknowledge our Privacy Notice.

8. Changes to the Service

Waifu Labs is a free legacy service. We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including account creation, account login, saved portraits, sharing features, or generation features.

9. No Warranties

Waifu Labs is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not make warranties about availability, reliability, accuracy, quality, uninterrupted access, continued storage, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waifu Labs and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost content, service interruption, or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using Waifu Labs at any time.

We may suspend, delete, anonymize, or terminate accounts or access to the Service at any time, including if we believe these Terms have been violated or if we modify or discontinue the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of Waifu Labs after the updated Terms are posted means you agree to the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
